Ohio YOUnion is a project that gave students an opportunity express gratitude to the custodial staff within the Ohio Union. This not only helped students recognize and appreciate staff with less visibility, but make the staff feel, in return, appreciated. Students were able to write letters to the staff of the Ohio Union to be later distributed. The Ohio Union staff was then presented with a small ceremony to thank them for their hard work and present them with these hand-written thank-you notes.
